Q: Can Log-On Technologies, LLC perform security assessments of my network (LAN/WAN) environment?

Q: Can I host my own e-mail and website?

Q: Is Log-On Technologies, LLC able to install and maintain T1 connections in our offices?
A: Yes. Log-On Technologies, LLC has a team of experts versed in connectivity technologies. We can establish links using anything from ISDN to DSL and T1/DS1 to T3/DS3 connections.
Q: Does Log-On Technologies, LLC offer phone system implementation and/or services?
A: Directly no, although we offer these services and products through qualified third party vendors who are members of our iPartner program. We work hand-in-hand and partner with vendors who work in areas outside of our core competencies to ensure true complete solutions are delivered to our clients.
Q: At minimal, what documentation should my company have for our network?

A: Many of the documents listed can be consolidated or renamed to meet the needs of your organization. The following is a brief list of items that should be in place for your network.

Q: Are we able to provide web based e-mail services to our employee's using Exchange Server?
A: Yes. Exchange has a module named Outlook Web Access (a.k.a. OWA). This allows your users to logon via a web browser (I.e., Internet Explorer) and presents them with an interface that is very similar to Outlook. This interface allows users to send and receive e-mail as well as other functions. The functions provided by OWA are not as extensive as when using Outlook but should accommodate most users.
